5. Return and exchange

5.1. You can return the goods within 14 days from the date of receipt, if it has not been used, the presentation and packaging are preserved (according to the Law of Ukraine "On Protection of Consumer Rights").

6. Responsibility

8.1. All disputes shall be resolved through negotiations or in court in accordance with the legislation of Ukraine.
8.2 If part of the Agreement becomes invalid, this will not affect the remaining terms.
